Job Description

Salary: $81,850 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Proficient in Unreal Engine and Unity, with an impressive portfolio of VR projects
• Experience with VR development on Meta Quest or similar platforms
• Strong programming skills in C# and C++
• Solid understanding of simulations, interactions, and physics in a VR context
• Capable of working independently and in small agile teams
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for mobile VR hardware (preferred)
• Familiarity with designing for both VR and traditional player experiences (preferred)

• Design, develop, and optimize Virtual Reality applications using Unreal Engine and Unity for Meta devices
• Create and improve core gameplay mechanics, VR interactions, input systems, and user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable code in C# and C++ to enhance game performance
• Collaborate in short, iterative sprints with designers and artists to realize features from concept to launch
• Debug, profile, and address performance challenges across various VR platforms
• Document development processes and prepare deployment instructions to meet platform compliance
• Support the hosting and deployment through Meta App Lab or the official Meta Store
