Tasting Room Associate 

📍 Red Hook Winery – 185 Van Dyke Street, Brooklyn, NY

Red Hook Winery & Cidery is hiring front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our tasting room, dining service, and waterfront events. Located on Pier 41 in Red Hook, our space offers panoramic views of New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty—making it one of the city’s most unique hospitality destinations.

Founded in 2008, we produce small-batch wines in collaboration with over 15 New York vineyards. Our team is passionate about storytelling through wine and cider, and we’re looking for warm, curious professionals to help us share that story with every guest.

Who You Are:
You’re personable, professional, and eager to learn. Whether guiding a tasting, managing a team, or welcoming guests to a private event, you bring energy, attention to detail, and a calm presence. We hire for attitude and work ethic over experience—if you’re collaborative and curious, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Share knowledge about our production process and flavor profiles
• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, polished bar and dining environment
• Support setup, breakdown, and restocking for shifts and events
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless experiences

Qualifications:

• Hospitality or bar experience preferred
• Interest in craft beverages, especially wine 
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain composed in high-volume settings
• *Flexible availability—holidays, evenings and weekends required
