Description

Perform cleaning functions in assigned area to maintain a sanitary attractive and orderly condition. Reports to Supervisor.

1. Sweeps mops and polishes floors.
2. Vacuums and spot cleans carpets.
3. Dusts furniture woodwork equipment and dust mops floors.
4. Polishes and cleans fixtures in utility room and bathrooms.
5. Cleans fixtures equipment windows walls rest rooms etc.
6. Stocks supplies in rest rooms as needed.
7. Remove solid linens trash bio-hazard from collection areas.
8. Notifies supervisor regarding needed repairs: submits supply order sheers on a weekly basis.
9. Gathers and disposes trash and waste materials.
10. Assist and perform Laundry Tech Linen Handler functions as needed.
11. Assist and perform Utility Tech functions as needed.
12. Participates in educational programs and in-services.
13. Attends meetings as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Performs routine and repetitive tasks from detailed written instructions.
• Attention to detail of work routine required.
