Starting as a Paintless Dent Repair shop, we’ve grown into three locations across the St. Louis area offering minor collision repair and full paint services. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a body shop environment . This role focuses on writing accurate repair estimates, working directly with dealerships and retail customers, and ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the shop process.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect vehicles to assess damage and write clear, accurate estimates
• Use estimating software ( CCC ONE required) to prepare repair documentation
• Communicate with dealership reps and walk-in customers about needed repairs
• Track vehicle status from estimate through repair and delivery
• Keep records organized and up-to-date
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a body shop estimating
• Proficiency with CCC ONE
• Strong working knowledge of repair procedures and materials
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends
