Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems. This role is great for someone who enjoys routine, precision, and keeping data clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Enter, update, and verify data in company systems and spreadsheets
+ Review information for accuracy and completeness before input
+ Maintain organized electronic files and records
+ Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors
+ Assist with generating basic reports as needed
+ Support the team with administrative tasks related to data processing
Requirements
+ Previous data entry or clerical experience preferred
+ Strong typing speed and high level of accuracy
+ Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, databases, and office software
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
+ Reliable, organized, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
