You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Consumer Banking Executive provides leadership and direction of sales, service, and operational excellence for a district of retail branches and maintains accountability for performance and business results. **Primary Responsibilities** + Oversees growth of households and revenue within assigned district + Develops and implements short and long range operational and sales goals and ensures goals are met or exceeded + Maintains high levels of service quality and associate engagement + Coaches and manages Consumer Banking Managers on increasing employee participation in daily activities, and incorporating the Regions 360 process daily in the retail bank + Develops and recommends business plans and budgets and is responsible for costs and profit performance of the district + Participates in the development of business plans with senior management and oversees the implementation of plans in support of the bank's goals and objectives + Demonstrates a strong and mutually respectful partnership with the commercial and wealth management teams to build an integrated sales and service culture across all lines of business + Partners with the digital channel and marketing teams to deliver a best in class customer experience + Promotes and executes retail growth strategy while at the same time optimizing efficiency to meet budget expectations and other key performance indicators + Establishes a solid presence and positive profile in the community that reinforces the bank's strong brand image This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree + Twelve (12) years of experience in leading and managing sales teams within a financial services industry **Preferences** + Previous experience in leading and managing a retail banking team **Skills and Competencies** + Ability to execute business plans + Excellent leadership skills, including effective negotiation and problem solving skills + Excellent customer service and communication skills **Required Experience & Education** - Minimum of 12 years of experience leading and managing sales teams within the financial services industry at a regional or state level - Proven success in retail banking leadership, preferably with experience managing a large retail banking team - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred **Core Skills & Competencies** - Strategic leadership with the ability to develop and execute business plans - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent customer service and communication abilities - Demonstrated ability to drive household and revenue growth across a district - Skilled in coaching and managing Consumer Banking Managers (Market Managers) to increase employee engagement and performance - Ability to foster a collaborative culture across commercial, wealth management, digital, and marketing teams - Experience in budget development, cost management, and profit performance oversight - Commitment to operational excellence, service quality, and associate engagement - Strong community presence and ability to reinforce brand image through local engagement **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. **Job Range Target:** **_Minimum:_** $194,991.26 USD **_Median:_** $263,280.90 USD **Incentive Pay Plans:** This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan.
