Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Location: Sioux Falls, SD

We're looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects in the Sioux Falls area. This role is key to managing site crews, schedules, safety, and quality from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily jobsite activities and subcontractor performance

Maintain project schedule and coordinate trades

Ensure jobsite safety and quality control

Conduct inspections, meetings, and reporting

Collaborate with project managers and field staff

Requirements:

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction

Strong knowledge of ground-up building methods and safety standards

Ability to read and interpret plans and schedules

Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
