Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator seeking an experienced .Net Backend Developer to join our growing team. This role requires a skilled professional to design, develop, and support high-quality backend services and APIs that integrate with databases and distributed systems and support mission-critical business operations for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support of backend services and APIs using .Net and C#.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side components and microservices that integrate with SQL Server and other backend systems, including strong SQL query writing and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, service engineers, and other software engineers, to define backend requirements and implement features that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Implement RESTful APIs and service interfaces that are robust, well-documented, and easily consumable by front-end and integration partners.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across backend services, including proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture and design discussions, and promote best practices in backend engineering.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Backend Developer building server-side applications and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and working with relational data models.
• Solid understanding of backend design patterns, scalability principles, and component reuse strategies.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with distributed systems, real-time data processing, or monitoring/control applications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) for deploying and managing backend services, containers, or serverless functions.
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of backend components, including memory, CPU, I/O, and query optimization.

Education Required:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
